NOV. 6-7, 2008

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we transport large equipment and modules to the Motiva Port Arthur Refinery Expansion Project.

We will use Houston Avenue as our route from the Port of Port Arthur to the plant. This required a great amount of planning with city officials to minimize traffic interruptions.

We would like to inform you about these activities that may affect you because you live or do business along Houston Avenue. Parts of Houston Avenue will be shut down for short periods as the vehicles move through.

The first shipment will begin Thursday, November 6, 2008.

We have frequent shipments scheduled through November 7.

Shipments will happen anytime between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Please move any vehicles you have parked on the street. Any vehicles not moved will be safely towed and returned when the transport is complete. This will be done at no cost to the owner.

We will keep you informed each week of future deliveries along Houston Avenue.
