This project has partnered with Lamar State College-Port Arthur and other entities and workforce alliances to provide training to help local residents become qualified to apply for jobs. Local residents who take advantage of training opportunities and are eligible for employment have the potential to earn valuable job skills and journeyman qualifications by the end of the project.
